Most nations modernize their voting. They go from hand written ballots to computer ballots to electronic voting.
Only the US goes backward to use snail mail for voting after decades of not having it.
It is an embarrassment, but we all know why....easier to cheat.
Vote by mail must be eliminated 100% nationwide.
If you can’t sign your ballot correctly to meet legal requirements of testimony of your signature, then the ballot is a fraud, as the law states.
When a quo warranto is used to challenge an candidate’s ‘win’, the court will look at the state law as it is written and compare to the law ‘as allowed by PA voting officials’. If they are not the same, then the election was UNLAWFUL, and cannot be a basis for defense against the quo warranto (by what authority?).
