How is this a nuclear threat?

‘Either we win, or this will end badly for all of humanity, there is no other way.’

If she’s talking about the triumph of global government, then she is probably right.

That's how I read it.

There are no Good Guys in this fight, but the Globalists feel its vital to them that Ukraine win. I don't want the Globalists to win, because I think that will end civilization as we know it. Those guys have plans, and not the good kind.

If it was truly an outburst born of frustration, she might have meant nukes (and might herself be terrified at the prospect).

She might well have meant food and fuel shortages that could have truly dire global consequences should the war keep dragging on (it will already likely be dire anyway in some countres, but the longer this goes on ...). As in hey, NATO, you really wanna cut off your nose to spite your face?

If scripted and acted, it was meant to be an ambiguous threat implying nukes, I suppose.

She was definitely talking about a globalist fascist regime, and since this is a worse outcome than a nuclear war, use of nuclear weapons is quite possible. Not against Kiev, of course.
