IIRC, she was asked to redo this song as Leann Rimes version had been deemed “too country” for the movie Con-Air.

Pal of mine played guitar for her way back at Johnny High’s country music review in Arlington, TX. Many moons ago, Back when Bill Mack was on WBAP overnight.
