I actually do remember being born, and before that as well. However, I don’t remember every second of my life, just fragments.
Luckily, he transferred it all to the internet for us.

If you have the money for ten sessions and can find a practitioner with whom you feel comfortable, try getting Rolfed. Sometimes we block out things and our muscles tense up in ways that prevent our nervous system from flowing freely, including being able to retrieve memories. I can’t remember much about anything in my life, except small flashes once in a while. Don’t remember the names of any of my teachers. I know I have an ex husband (there are photos) but don’t really remember much about him.
I saw a therapist about it for a few weeks. We had my younger sister on the phone because she remembered my life and could answer questions about it.
I have great recall about everything else, just not my own life. (There’s a reason but I don’t know what it is.)
