In other words, all of the most commonly grown things except for corn. I would add corn, even corn meal/flour type corn. Easy to save seed too.

Sounds like moved back to Poland. Except the tomatoes not a long enough season. And who ever thought kale was food?

my two cents on the "list"....

very very few people have that much space for all that....

go with the veggies that will be heavy producers and are reasonably storable...

my Ten....

winter squash, beans, tomatoes, and potatoes, ...onions...loose leaf lettuce, cabbage, carrots,peppers, beets.
