How can you not include zukes and summer squash?
In other words, all of the most commonly grown things except for corn. I would add corn, even corn meal/flour type corn. Easy to save seed too.
Sounds pretty much like my garden.
Add watermelon if climate ok...and acorn squash, and cantaloupe...

Our Swiss chard shriveled up and died.
Will try, again, in our new raised beds.
In other words, the same things our parents and grand parents grew back in 1942.
Sounds like moved back to Poland. Except the tomatoes not a long enough season. And who ever thought kale was food?
very very few people have that much space for all that....
go with the veggies that will be heavy producers and are reasonably storable...
