Here in the Seattle area, we’ve had one of the coolest springs in years. Lately, highs have been in the low to mid 50s instead of the usual mid 60s.

I’m in the SW corner of Wisconsin. We had a brutal heat wave here last week. My tulips looked perfect - FOR ONE DAY. Then, they all got baked. :(

The foliage is OK for the most part - that will put energy back down into the bulb for next Spring. Hopefully!
