Biden can try to sign away our sovereignty to the whims of the WHO, but no such “treaty” can usurp our Constitutional rights, and I can't see any reasonable court in this country allowing such nonsense to be “legal”.

Beat me to it. This goes directly to sovereignty.

They don’t care about the Constitution and who’s going to enforce it anyway? This vote will ho authority to the head a WHO to declare a nation and a potential health crises, a danger to other countries and do whatever he wants to protect other people’s. This will hand over our sovereignty to these thugs.

Some claim that we’ve already signed away a lot of our sovereignty to the UN which would make this additional loss of sovereignty automatic upon Biden’s signature. I hope that is not correct. I wonder if that first was done with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Biden’s handlers seem determined to prove Trump wrong when Trump said that America is an exceptional country. This is the only way I can understand the many ways this administration is trying to destroy our country.

Obama is an anti-colonialist. He seems to have forgotten, or never knew, that we were the colony, not the imperial power.

I can't see any reasonable court in this country allowing such nonsense to be “legal”.

Therin lies the problem . . . finding reasonable courts.

As I understand it - this is a treaty which went through congress and was signed by the president - and it gives them the right to make changes. However, congress can refuse to accept these changes within six months (just after new elections but before anyone is seated).

If true - - this is going to be interesting . . .
