Wouldn’t cold showers, or swimming in cold water, produce the same beneficial stress as saunas ?
I was thinking the same thing.
Someone told me that it’s beneficial to finish your shower with cold water. I have tried it a few times, but it’s just too difficult for me when it’s cold outside.
