Cristina Nichol Iglesias, also known as Christian Noel Iglesias and Kenneth R. West, may become the first federal prisoner to receive “gender-affirming surgery.” That invites a comparison with fellow criminal Shiloh Heavenly Quine, previously known as Rodney Quine, the first state prsion inmate in the United States to receive such surgery, all paid for by taxpayers.
In 1980, Quine and accomplice Jerry Naylor abducted Shahid Ali Baig, 33. Quine drove to a deserted area and “while the victim begged for his life, Quine shot the victim twice in the head.” Quine and Naylor drove off with $75 of Baig’s money.
Quine is twice-married and has fathered two daughters, but once in prison he claimed to have sought female status since the age of nine. Federal Judge Jon Tigar, a Barack Obama appointee, assigned himself to Quine’s case and appointed a team of San Francisco lawyers and the Transgender Law Center to represent the convicted murderer.
On January 5, 2017, Shiloh Heavenly Quine, 57, received state-funded sex reassignment at a cost of around $100,000. Previously confined at the Mule Creek State Prison for men, the convicted murderer is now inmate WB1121 at the Central California Women’s Facility, which Quine calls a “torture unit.”
Back in 2005, Kenneth R. West, also known as Christian Noel Iglesias, pleaded guilty to threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction—anthrax—against persons in the British Foreign and Commonwealth office in London, the equivalent of the U.S. State Department. A letter containing a powdery substance, sent from the Federal Detention Center in Miami was “linked to West through DNA testing and fingerprint analysis, as well as other scientific tests.”

Walt Heyer nails down the issue as well as any I’ve seen. It’s for some, mental illness on steroids, or mental illness expressed in this particular way, as opposed to other mental illnesses.
There are enablers in the homosexual community. There are scam artists involved as well as whacko parents and relatives.
