I’ve had it happen with FireFox several times. After a few days of messing around looking for stuff it usually comes together.
Or CCleaner Browser.
Or CCleaner Browser.
I still do a few things on Firefox, but I’ve migrated to Brave and Chrome. I updated from a very old Mozilla a few months ago, and use it only for limited activities. I stay away from Edge that forced itself onto my computer. IE is still around, as well.
If you don’t have Brave, you should get it.
I’ll add my vote for the Brave browser.
I was a LONG time FireFox guy, and I’ve now gone over to Brave on everything: Win7, Linux, and Android. Since I still have to use a bunch of Google stuff, I attest Brave works flawlessly with Calendar, GMail, Drive — all of it. I have not had much trouble at all with it’s security features “breaking” websites, either; Brave has been great.
You may have a different Profile then before. You can fix that.
You can follow the directions further below or copy the NEW profile say to your desktop as a backup then go back to the old profile and copy the contents and paste into the new Profile folder overwriting everything. Open Firefox and you should be back to normal.
