Gaige "Lefty" Grosskreutz file a federal complaint against Kenosha authorities' last fall. I was reading another thread on the possibility of a civil suit against Dave Chappelle and it got me wondering...
All I find are reports about the suit. Nothing beyond that initial aspect.
His attorney was at Kyle’s trial and watched the defense show him to be a complete liar.
I don’t think the attorney was willing to put any more work into the case. The complaint omitted many material facts and he would be mercilessly cross-examined by the defendant in this case. Since Kyle’s trial is a public record his lies could easily be exposed.
That makes sens, and since I saw nothing I kind of assumed it was no longer a thing. But I wasn’t willing to just state what my gut feeling was, as my gut feelings may or may not be right. 😋
