This next link is an April 2022 analysis that says Russia does not have the goal of getting Ukraine’s gas and oil resources because there is not enough and also Russia is weak on the technology to develop shale oil reserves. This writer fails to mention that Ukraine has access to American oil development experts. I believe this writer is wrong because I think Putin’s main goal was to stop Ukraine from developing fuel independence and competing in the European fuel market. What do you think?
