The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal’s Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.
One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don’t put the actual words of the quote in the clue.

BEHIND EVERY GREAT MAN IS A WOMAN ROLLING HER EYES. —JIM CARREY
HAL'S CRYPTOGRAM HELPER
Any relation to Caraway Potomac?
Can someone now tell me what the quote means?
Are you asking about the rolling of the eyes quote? If so, then I can answer that. Jim Carry being the idiotic Democrat that he is, thinks women don’t appreciate or support their husbands to be “great Men”. The gesture of turning the eyes upward is an expression of annoyance, exasperation, disbelief. I always strongly believed that we women need to support our husbands in their endeavors to succeed. As God says, we become “one”, a team, with the same goals. And our husbands should support our efforts to succeed.
It was my mom’s favorite month also. New growth, I think.
No today’s.
The trouble with May-December romances is that he may by December.

...
Well, you get the idea 🤣
Ah, I see you meant today’s CG, not yesterday’s.
Well, at the risk of totally giving away the CG for those who are just now solving it…….
Just go outdoors today (or any day this week when the weather is cooperating and not rainy). Feel the warmth (refreshing after the long winter), smell the air with it’s sweet scents of blooms, see all the new growth (not yet marred by summer’s heat and dryness), that lovely color (I call it apple-green, my favorite color) of the new leaves on trees, hear the songs of the birds and watch them building their nests in preparation of new life. All of this seems to wrap around you like a blanket snuggling you, and then tell me what feeling does it invoke? 🙂
In case you’d like to sing Karaoke while you work.
Strolling Through The Park
While strolling through the park one day
In the merry, merry month of May
I was taken by surprise
By a pair of roguish eyes
I was scared, but I didn’t run away!
He walked along so daintily
Moving as graceful as can be
His legs were like the trunks of trees
I hardly came up to his knees
He looked at me again
And I knew we would be friends
He’s just a little bigger than me!
He had the cutest baby too
About as old as me and you
Maybe soon one day
We could all go out and play
And be friends with the elephants in the park
He walked along so daintily
Moving as graceful as can be
I’ve never seen anything
As big, it was astonishing!
From his tail up to his trunk
From the back up to the front
This elephant’s a giant, never doubt!
This elephant’s a giant, never doubt!
This elephant’s a giant, never doubt!

LOL !!!!
When I was in the 3rd grade, five of us girls entered the school talent show with a tap dance while singing “while strolling through the park one day”. We had little parasols and long Victorian-era skirts. I hadn’t thought about that day in a long time til you mentioned the song.
What Is So Rare As A Day In June?
A day in February.
