10) Oh, and all the critics of Kegger Kavanagh & ACB need to apologize. if they did nothing else, this would put them in the judicial freedom and justice hall of fame. Not long ago either on this forum or Twitter, I referred to these two as "center-left" judges.
I'll happily eat my words.

As usual, you make some very good points. I mentioned elsewhere that I'm a little surprised there's not as much hysteria about this than I feared there might be when it hit last night. Despite the usual-suspect Democrat drama queens bleating about it in apocalyptic tones, the reaction seems a little muted. My conjecture is that, after three years of relentless "crises," the VAST majority of Americans, of all political persuasions, are just plain sick of politicians manipulating them, and now view with suspicion anything they say or do in any area of the political landscape.

good recap Larry. I appreciate it. I’m so grateful for this (potential?) ruling...
can you comment on that....what are the odds it comes out in June, etc., and it’s different than what was leaked?

DeSantis and the Mississippi law are probably something most people could make peace with, the Texas law is neither of these things. If this stands the GOP has an unforced overreach error in elevating Amy Coney Barrett, and its a brand new ballgame for the Democrats.

"The notion that this decision would bring a bunch of pro-choicers to the polls is ludicrous" he said. They are already the single most highly motivated, most-likely-to-vote group out there. Instead, it brings out pro-lifers who are often less motivated voters." I have evidence that the Democrat national vote fraud machine coordinates with the Brandon Media to get out phony "turnout" with these kinds of "outrage campaigns".
It gives the DNC vote fraud machine and their Media cover when they manufacture outrageous results.
See McCaskill vs Akin 2012 (MO) and Donnelly vs Mourdock 2012 (IN) [the phony "rape controversies" ginned up by the Media to cover up the Democrat US Senate Steals in both states].

Don't ask me why they just didn't take Missouri for Obama - other than those "votes" cost extra money better spent elsewhere, and on other races.
We know that Zero didn't need Missouri or Indiana's EVs - but Dirty Harry needed the Senate seats.

Every single day, hundreds of pro-lifers protest at abortion clinics across the country. Not a single mention on the news.
But get a couple dozen pro-abort protestors, it’s the Top Story on the Evening News.
