It takes time to review all the data and present it in a compelling way. If he had leaked out the information as he got it, he wouldn’t be able to control the narrative as well as presenting it all in context in one sitting.

I question those persons who hoard important data that affects us all... for personal gain, in the form of book deals, movies, docu's, etc. These people add serious delay lines to the normal flow of breaking news. How much money is a retired person on a tight budget expected to cough up for a peek at the truth?

In explanation Dinesh has spent untold sums of money gathering data paying for research and production costs to bring this information to the American people. At no time did he hide what he was doing under a hat, but continued with his project untill he had a finished product with all the I’d dotted and the t’s crossed that would be unassailable and would have maximum impact when presented. A slow dribble of information would have been lost in the chaos that passes for the news today.
