Fining and/or imprisoning them for civil rights violations.
Also, forcing them to uncensor speech that isn’t illegal by known and long standing standards.

How is the government fining, imprisoning and forcing someone not exerting “government control”?
I like to watch people play silly games with words.
Do you regard the government enforcing the law as "government control"?
If a man murders, is it "government control" to arrest and try the perpetrator?
"Government control" in a normal person's understanding, is the government exercising management functions, like deciding who to hire, or to fire. Deciding what markets to pursue, and so forth.
Enforcing the law is not normally regarded as "government control."
People who violate American's civil rights need to be fined or go to jail.
Do you regard the government enforcing the law as “government control”?
Well in that case, we are all under "government control" and so there is no point in objecting to it.
One may certainly argue whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing, but the government “enforcing laws” is indeed the government exerting control.
Nothing to do with the law.
"I believe my position rests on strong and fundamental natural law grounds."
The 'size' of an 'audience' has nothing to do with Section 230.
But I would enjoy the guffaws seeing you argue before SCOTUS, or even your DiogenesLamp Joe Sixpack appearance before Congress, arguing 'natural law' as the reason to modify Section 230 because your change is grounded in 'natural law' based on an arbitrary 'size' of a website audience.
I suggest you further introduce, in your summation, your argumentum ad populum ad reductum as well, as it might give you enough time to skink out of the chambers or the hearing room before people expire from laughter:
"I believe others need to be persuaded to it for reasons I have gone over with others on the numerous occasions when this topic was discussed in the past."
And so this is what is left when someone runs out of rational arguments.
I will chalk up this exchange as a win for me.
