It was so miserable and gray and wet here for so long, then, BAM. Instant summer! I daren’t complain, because I was moaning and groaning so much about the cold and wet lol. It went right into 80* days with lots of sun. There’s no a/c in the little house yet, but it seemed to stay comfortable with the blinds down and a few fans running. Not sure when the a/c is being installed. Temp down this morning to about 60* and we need the rain, believe it or not.
There’s a stash? Nobody told me!

That why it is called a "stash"!
But I have been known to share, albeit rarely.
I know some real estate developers have had big problems and defaults. But I never know about the ghost towns, buying property that no one will live in, and buying means a 7 year lease, that sounds crazy!

it’s self inflicted. I just wonder we why ruin their economy over covid lockdowns? Covid isn’t that fatal, and honestly, the Chinese government never worries about losing population anyway.

As Goldman lowers its US growth forecasts for 2022 and 2023, the NY Fed’s survey of manufacturers surprised with a drastic plunge into contraction in May, for the second time in 3 months. general business conditions index dropped over 36 points to -11.6 (against expectation of a +15 print).
Expected +15 and came in -11.6!
I’d give anything for 60° and rain. I’d be grateful to have double digit instead of triple digit days.
