Thank you for the encouragement, AAABEST.

I’m behind on my review of study write ups this past week, but I hope to get caught up by Monday. I was out of town and was pretty busy.

Doing that and posting them takes a decent amount of time and it doesn’t help that I do these on my phone. 🙂

The best turmeric, according to ConsumerLab.com, was Doctor’s Best C3 Complex Curcumin.

” How well does it work?”

Speaking of Tumeric…..
It does work. I use it for inflammation (mostly arthritis) and I also give it to our 12 Year old Lab Retriever. You have to be sure to get it from a quality source and it’s best if it also includes black pepper. I get mine from gaia herbs. being a Christian I am not fond of their name, but they grow their Tumeric locally and I know the people who work there and trust them.

She hasn’t eaten wheat in many years.

it’s not just bread... there’s wheat in so many things like noodles and gravies...Is she really diligent about it?

I can tell if I’ve accidentally had something with wheat in it (if I didn’t check) just because of the joint pain I feel the next day. My joints feel terrible for a few days.

Oh yeah. She’s extremely careful about what she eats for a number of reasons.

Me: Not so much. :-)
