However, Putin is Russian and was raised in the USSR. At the time, medicine was abysmal. His growing up was at risk because of poor medicine. The published life span for a Russian man is 68.2 years. Putin at 70 is beyond his expiry date.
Putin has Parkinson’s disease and seriously thought to be recovering from thyroid cancer. Although younger than Biden, his actual health may very well be worse

Putin is not a drinker. So he should be okay. Unless he has health conditions like you are speaking of. Then it’s a different story. Russian life expectancy is so short due to all the vodka they drink. If they stop drinking, their life expectancy would be only a couple years behind the U.S.
