My wife, an RN since she was 21 and in her 80’s now, says these people in stores and in public with sun glasses over their masks are total germ/virus avoiders/phoebes, and they are mentally ill.

I think that your wife is giving most more credit than they deserve. Lots of them are mentally ill, but in our area the vast majority are shoplifters. Shoplifting is out of control here, and you can see the people exiting the store pulling their masks off and eating or examining their ill-gotten gain before they even get out of the parking lot.

Does anyone know where this was? I am almost positive that I know this guy and if it’s who I think that it is,he’s a con man and a thief and that whole thing was an act and he wears that mask to keep from being identified. I haven’t seen him around in a while and figured that he was locked up!!
