That’s two of us.
Well I’ve never said only one person is responsible for this.
Every one who has to sign off on a prop weapon being safe, is. But the bulk of that responsibility should fall on the person THEY ARE PAYING WHOSE LITERAL JOB IT IS to handle and secure and maintain and load/unload those weapons, THE ARMORER. One person’s sole reason for being there is the one that shoulders the most responsibility. The armorer.
Everyone else who is supposed to check along the way before the scene films are too. But the armorer’s reason for being there is to ensure ALL weapons on that set are safe. That’s their focus and prime reason they are even there in the first place.
One of the videos released yesterday has her sitting in a car being questioned by police.
She acts surprised when the cop tells her Baldwin fired the gun. She wasn’t anywhere near the scene when it happened.
Fine. Go find a rock and slither under it and stay there.
Thats not a good thing for her. Why wasn’t she on set and dealing with the weapons?
