If the feds send FBI agents to guard doors to vote counting areas, any Florida state employee would get arrested trying to challenge them

Not a state cop. Not without a court order.

Typical leftmedia propaganda -- actions are taken to shut down their vote-fraud machine and they act like it's the end of the world.

Bloody doom on 'em.

Sure thing, some state rent-a-cop is just gonna barge past FBI guarding a building

No, you are correct, a state rent-a-cop wouldn't even try.

However, a state LAW ENFORCEMENT officer can and would. And it wouldn't be one. It would be fifty of them.

Jurisdiction is something closely guarded by LEO agencies, and no way -- unless the Feds federalized a crime scene -- that any agency would permit such a jurisdictional violation.

And since guarding voting areas in no way relates to a crime scene and cannot be federalized (without a court order), the FBI wouldn't be able to operate.

And there are a lot more state cops in Florida then there are FBI agents in the entire Southeast.

Many people have the mistaken impression that the higher you go -- city, county, state, fed -- the more authority you have. In reality, it is the exact opposite.

Show me a time a local sheriff got the FBI to stand down

Seen it, in person, a half-a-dozen times.

Problem is this won’t work. They can easily cheat in Florida, they just need to send down their people in the vote counting areas to take over and along with them the Biden Administration can send along federal agents to “replace” these state election watchers, and if the watchers object they will be threatened with obstruction. Sorry but these “election police” are just gonna be rent-a-cops and no rent-a-cop is gonna risk getting arrested and tried for federal obstruction.

You are correct, sir. See my posts above.

The broader the area, the thinner the authority.

For poops and giggles, and just to make sure my memory of my New York Guard training was accurate, I checked in with Google.

Sure enough, I remembered correctly: "...local police usually have jurisdiction over crimes within that city, sheriffs have jurisdiction over the county, state troopers have jurisdiction over state roads and state-wide crimes, and federal policing agencies have jurisdiction over federal level crimes."

Dangerous to have this a law in every state. The special police force easily could be populated by very nefarious people. It could go either way.

Put cameras up at all precinct stations... if the vote count from a precinct claims 2,000 ‘in person’ votes but cameras show only 400 people entered the building - investigate.

I’m seeing nothing but strawmen and cope here: First off, the state authorities have that right maybe in crime cases, but we are talking election facilities. The Democrats could send FBI down and claim they need these places “secure for national security purposes and election integrity”

Secondly, what happens if the FBI and Feds don’t budge? At that point the state authorities then have no choice but to go to a court/judge, oh and please tell me how that went in 2020?

Bull. The feds would be arrested by Florida’s state guard for interfering in a lawful state election.

No, you are seeing knowledge and experience here.

First off, the state authorities have that right maybe in crime cases, but we are talking election facilities. The Democrats could send FBI down and claim they need these places “secure for national security purposes and election integrity”

There was only one time something like even REMOTELY came to pass, and it was in regards -- not to elections, but to the desegregation of schools -- and it required the activation of the Alabama National Guard, via Executive Order and based on a legal court order (by one Seybourn H. Lynne).

It would be an entirely different animal to claim a policing force, especially dedicated to stopping election crime, was illegal. That would require quite a bit of public gaslighting and preparation.

If I were you, I'd be less concerned about something like this coming to pass, and much more concerned about the infiltration of this Election Crimes unit by leftists.

Secondly, what happens if the FBI and Feds don’t budge? At that point the state authorities then have no choice but to go to a court/judge, oh and please tell me how that went in 2020?

No, they don't. They simply walk the MANY State Police right through the handful of FBI agents and dare them to arrest.

And then they arrest the FBI agents who attempt to interfere with a lawful State police action. State jurisdiction for ALL policing actions, trumps Federal ones. Always has. Always will.

You really think they will just walk past FBI if this situation occurs? Remind me again what security and state officials did in the 2020 fraud, literally nobody was stopping the fake recounts even though we knew by that second day that fraud was going on, nobody did anything in either Georgia or Wisconsin or Michigan or Arizona, and I probably missed a few states there.

Absolutely. LEO organizations take jurisdiction QUITE seriously.... and the offensive actions (e.g., active arrests) would need to be initiated by the FBI. Outnumbered and in the wrong, I doubt they would move.

Remind me again what security and state officials did in the 2020 fraud, literally nobody was stopping the fake recounts even though we knew by that second day that fraud was going on, nobody did anything in either Georgia or Wisconsin or Michigan or Arizona, and I probably missed a few states there.

Your timeline is flawed. The cheating occured in the 11PM to 4AM window (during the now-infamous Count Pause), and most state officials were unprepared. Recounting after that made no difference, and many of the battleground states DID recount... to no avail.

This is meant to prevent a repeat of the Count Pause.
