This video does the best job I've seen of putting the pieces together, but it still doesn't make sense to me.

I know ... These shows are so meticulously planned, no detail is left in or out by accident. It just bugs me that I can’t figure out the envelope, lol

Or a "flash-present" :) The black & white opening made me think it was a Gene Scene, many months (years?) after BB, and that confused me too.

Still does ...

Saul was clearly loaded during his time on BB, so why did he bother going to work at that cheesy office in the stripmall?

And the Saul we're seeing now has a long way to go to reach the depths of the Saul we knew in BB. That Saul suggested murder as an option more than once, and had prostitutes in his office during working hours.

It could be that Saul takes a moral nosedive because something happens to Kim ... ?

Between COViD delays and Odenkirk’s heart attack the anticipation for this season had to have waned for many.

Had the great fun of meeting the twins at a convention. They are hard core and full of energy. Great salesmen too. After doing photos of trying to cut off my head, they sold me on filming a video in which they threatened to kill my daughter, who is also a great fan of the show.
