Yeah I’m surprised that product doesn’t contain L-methylfolate instead of just methylcobalamin to account for the possible gene mutation. I assumed I was getting enough from my diet, but then bacon prices doubled so I may consider taking beetroot powder. The product you’ve listed seems quite popular but rather pricey.
