My understanding (such as it is) is that Moderna is a much stronger dose than Pfizer. So I tried to find a comparison of the dosage of 2 Pfizer, 2 Moderna, and one J&J and did not.

It is not yet clear if there has been an increase in hepatitis cases, or an increase in awareness of hepatitis cases that occur at the expected rate but go undetected. Here is a video from Dr. Mobeen Syed where he reviews a study that might provide insight for some of the adverse side affects being reported. It is a small study but is significant in that they found spike or the S1 part of the spike protein circulating in the blood….which wasn’t supposed to happen.
