TEMPLE, Texas - A woman stole more than $2,000 in meat from an H-E-B grocery store as the clerk tries unsuccessfully to stop her, according to the Temple Police Department.
Police say it happened on April 15 around 3:34 p.m. at the store located on the 3000 block of S. 31 Street in Temple. Officers were dispatched to the location for reports of a theft in progress.
When police arrived, they were told that two women had stolen a large quantity of meat and then drove off. A store employee saw the two women exit the store with the purloined meat and tried to pull the cart away from them, but the women were able to load all of the meat into their car.

I’d slice all her tires and laugh as she drives away.
I would scatter the meat all over the parking lot before I let her get away with any of it.
Yeah
Soon, grocery stores are going to be automated, like some convenience stores have done: Everything is in a vending machine so you have to pay for each item individually with a card. They would need to have armed guards to make sure customers aren’t robbed and vending machines aren’t vandalized. They may even resort to using a subscription service where you must be a member and have a card to get in the door.
The clerk was videoing her. Got pictures of the back of her car it looked like. License plate should show.
Locking a thief inside your store is a recipe for almost certain deadly violence. When trapped, a thief could well fight to the death.
Looked like she had a careful of standing rib roasts and full briskets as well as some individually packaged thick ribeyes
She didn’t put the cart BACK! What a scumbag!
She also refused (apparently) to pay for bags. (or the meat).
Yes, you are correct. Amish momma. Fat, straight Black hair (maybe a wig).
I wouldn’t blame her if her family was hungry, but she must have a YUGE family, no vegans.
She believes to have finally gotten her mule. Now it’s time to go after 40 acres.
Western Civilization is being held hostage. Good men, afraid to act. We are an impotent people.
LOL. Probably.
Prime Rib for Juneteenth
Years ago I visited a new Nespresso shop in Soho in NYC, and was amused to see a hired security enforcer guarding the side door...guarding coffee, as it were. Guess it was a sign of things to come.
I got a real good way to stop her.
Two employees, two cars. One in front. One in back. If she rams, she loses her car (civilly) to the employees.
Thanks!
Unbelievable
If you catch any updates to this, throw me a line so I can check it out ;^)
It’s called looting. TX should allow citizens to shoot looters.
Bring out a forklift!
