Depp’s attorney asked him why did he stay with Amber Heard after all she put him through. Depp answered, “I didn’t want to be like my father who just left when I was 15.” Okay, wait. But you left the mother of your children for another woman.
Heard said that Depp through a phone at her, and there is a mark on her cheek that has a right angle and the area around is bruised. Maybe, it was self defense by Depp. I dunno.

I consider neither person admirable.
Having said that, I note that Johnny Depp has aged more than his reasonable share in recent years. As a nutritionist and former Biology major, I consider that de facto evidence of heavy substance abuse.
I now wonder if he was so intoxicated during certain incidents that he honestly does not remember abusing Amber Heard.
He doesn’t have 50 million. I’d be surprised if he had 5 thousand in cash. He has to make 3, 20 million dollar pictures a year to pay his bills - that hasn’t happened in a couple years, now.
He looks like he’s going to die of cirrhosis of the liver any day.

‘The Joneses’ was an interesting “con-artist” movie.
Yep, Amber Heard was quite hot in the movie - especially the scene at night that exposed her.
That said, Amber Heard is the bad news, ultra high maintenance woman that men should avoid at all costs. I speak from experience and learned a valuable lesson when I was mucho younger and, thankfully, never made that mistake again.
Well I checked further to entertain myself ....his suite is $5 million...her counter suite is $100 million. They’re both playing out their toxic relationship in the courts. And somebody is getting paid for the story.
He’s close to 60 now and she’s in her mid 30’s....so there’s that as well.

I noticed that there wasn’t much fight in Vanessa, nor bitterness.

I’m amazed Johnny’s lawyers didn’t try to clean him up more before he took the stand. A haircut and a shave, with a nice conservative suit, would have gone a long way to impress the jury.
Or - he is an old, worn out man. Exhausted defending himself against the younger woman who is taking advantage of an old man.
