Food distribution fires seemed to start escalating around August of last year. Everything from several large food pantries to food truck warehouses and even a Walmart storage facility. It is like the food pantries were practice runs and now the actual distribution chain is being targeted?
Even doing a search for the incidents turns up very, very little. Again, it may be to squelch public knowledge at this stressful time and shortages.
Gives the food a nice smoky flavor.
