Doctors swore an oath not to harm us.
When I think back to my childhood doctors who fought to make me well, I want to sob.
Respect for Life is the keystone.
I don't trust any doctor anymore and probably never will. I'm at the age (67) that I don't trust them to do anything to make me well or extend my life. I don't trust them to see any value in a life if that person isn't under 65 and still working. Most have caved to the "let's kill the old people" idea that we aren't worth the cost of saving. I hate that the medical doctors have joined the greedy insurance companies in thinking that we don't have any value but that's how I see it now that I'm that age and COVID happened.
Same here.
I revere the memory of Dr. Francis L. Tucker who saved my life when I was six by giving me a new drug...sulfadiazine. I had double pneumonia for the second time in one year.
That was often a death sentence for a young child in 1944.
