I try to read what I can, and understand some of, about Durham. I do not see Durham giving anyone who turns evidence a get out of jail free card. Maybe less time, but free and clear? No. When Durham first popped up on the scene, I read as much as I could about him; there is very little out there. But what I did read, and one speech (audio or transcript I can’t remember), and a couple of articles, convinced me that he is a man of steel. He sees in “good vs evil”, his words. He has brought down mafia families and corrupt politicians. He is expert in RICO.
This is no doubt the biggest and most important job he’s ever done. He is going to put people away, for a long long time. Many people.
There is a FedGov/ DOJ website that lists all the current charges/indictments including sealed indictments (without names). The list is large and I have to believe a bunch of them are Durham’s. One thing we hear absolutely nothing about is a seated federal grand jury, might be more than one, but It’s asking a lot of jurors to hang on indefinitely while a prosecutor dillydallys. This is the bottom line reason, I think, that Durham will be making large moves soonish.
And, no, Sussmann is not going to get a hand-slap—he’ll be lucky to avoid the guillotine based on what we think we know. I just want him to name names. But we’re still waiting on Maxwell to also name names?
