There is a FedGov/ DOJ website that lists all the current charges/indictments including sealed indictments (without names). The list is large and I have to believe a bunch of them are Durham’s. One thing we hear absolutely nothing about is a seated federal grand jury, might be more than one, but It’s asking a lot of jurors to hang on indefinitely while a prosecutor dillydallys. This is the bottom line reason, I think, that Durham will be making large moves soonish.
And, no, Sussmann is not going to get a hand-slap—he’ll be lucky to avoid the guillotine based on what we think we know. I just want him to name names. But we’re still waiting on Maxwell to also name names?
Durham has already had a lot of grand juries. Sussman has been indicted and charged, appeared before a judge, and had to post I think $100,000 bond. Now and and others are fighting to not have to release a bunch of emails; probably will fail.
