:: see the state take that freckled kid to court ::
Lack of standing and improper venue.
Harm was done to We the People and their representatives (State Legislature).
Since, by the Constitution, the Legislature makes all voting laws/rules, \they\ must repair the harm.
This is something the courts have no adjudicative role in (Venue).
This is something the Executive (Gov’nuh and AG) need not open/start (and, in the end, approve).
It is a unilateral move to recover their election authority on behalf of We the People.
The State Legislators, if enjoined by the courts should and MUST tell the courts to “piss up a rope” and ignore them.
Most State Legislatures are afraid of the courts so We the People must assert our prerogative.
Great post and sometimes we must ignore what biased courts do.
THe dems get away with it all the time, who says we can’t?
Dems fight dirty 24/7 if we have to we should.
