Speaking of sealed indictments - has anyone seen the counts recently by state?
It’s been a while since I’ve seen the sealed counts by state posted - I know they were previously in the thousands.
The last time I saw the indictments by state chart, there were more than 100,000 sealed indictments and some smaller number of unsealed. The number of sealed may even have been as high as 170,000 (that’s the number I truly recollect), but I lowballed it at 100,000 to be conservative.
