In a related thought...

We’ve all heard about the swing states stopping/suspending vote counting in the early hours of Nov 4, 2020 only to be restarted later that morning.
And then, suddenly these swing states announced a winner in the election (through the media).
Interestingly enough, Donald Trump (and several Congressional campaigns) did not concede to these announcements.
All processes then moved forward according to the MEDIA announcement of a winner (not and end to the election).

Not one of these swing states announced an end to ballot counting the second time.
Is the election STILL open and being counted?
What would that mean?
