Of course he is; had he not been, the Russians would have killed him long ago. He is “embedded” with the Russians because he is, in fact, pro-Russia. He does not “report” on any death or destruction caused by the Russians unless he qualifies his story by blaming the victim. He’s the kind of enabler who would say a rape victim “asked for it” because she would not give some creep her phone number.
