He authorized 5G for business reasons that would be installed by Americans and American companies. Otherwise, China would have gotten the business. But it was not by E.O.

There are many people in government and the private sector that failed in doing their jobs, but the one who moved mountains to enable them to do it RIGHT and fight now is at fault when they failed?
