My brief summary:

Conditions in Russia are similar to the conditions when Soviet Union broke up.

Moscow doesn't have the resources left to send forces to quell internal dissent.

Russia is made up of 85 separate areas which have separate ethnicity, and often religious differences.

Moscow takes the kids from ethnic areas for the army and their economic output and gives nothing back except disrespect.

Many regions have a history of resistance to Moscow.

Russian economic and military failure will create an opportunity for various ethnic regions to demand their independence. Leaders will arise as the opportunity to rebel presents itself.

Will be a good thing for the world because Russia will be stripped of it's imperialist ambitions.

Nukes are only located in a few regions. Will likely be consolidated under Moscow control same as the fall of the Soviet Union.

22% of Russians don't have running water. 40% in some rural areas.

Parents are left without children due to the wars.

Eastern regions will join EU and it will be good for them.

Central regions will be bad for them. They're used to luxury. Western regions will increase trade with China and Japan. Central Russia around Moscow will suffer. They are use to luxury and don't produce anything of value.

Believes the transition will be peaceful.

The collapse of the Soviet Union, wasn't a complete collapse but rather the reduction of the Soviet Union to the current borders of Russia.

Goes through the various regions and discusses the ethnicity and history and resources of each.

All it takes is for someone near Putin to give him an injection of lead...

Ah, the dream of the globalist worldbuilders!

85 states, each with its own variation of the rainbow on its flag, and a leader and cabinet hand-picked by the very best people in Washington, DC.

One question. But who will buy those super yachts?

This seems like a ton of wishful thinking to me. Being unable to steamroll a nation of 40M with a western-trained army is quite different from steamrolling a bunch of relatively small ethnic enclaves. Plus, a lot of the areas the author claims will become independent are literally surrounded by areas that won’t, which makes them not viable as independent countries.

“Russia is made up of 85 separate areas which have separate ethnicity, and often religious differences. “

~~~
Not only am I not a globalist, the idea that regional cultural or ethnic groups should self rule is appealing to me. For example, I think the Kurds should not have been under Iraq’s (and Syria’s) rule.
On the other hand, 85 nation states opens up the door for a number of them becoming rogue hotspots, as well as individual wars among them, or larger groups acting aggressively against smaller or weaker groups.
Over all though, I tend to think the chaos would be worth it, but I also wonder what China would do.
Makes sense since Russia will appear as West China on the NWO map.
Problem is, there’s a lot of Wyoming in the west. You could fight a thousand years for that territory. For hundreds of years the Russians didn’t see serious challenges to their claim, but a breakup is just asking for trouble. Like from China.
You need a strong central govt to hold a province. Especially one with both enormous territory and vast mineral resources.
Never heard of Sergej Sumlenny, and just a little research on him shows he’s head of something called The Heinrich Böll Foundation, Kiev office.
What does the The Heinrich Böll Foundation promote?
Its a think tank associated with the German Green Party. They are studying / promoting
Climate Change: the elimination of all fossil fuels.
Resource Policy: “responsible use of resources.” They also have a recent policy statement about eliminating the eating of meat.
European Policy: The foundation supports the democratic reform of European institutions and is committed to a further expansion of the European Union and the integration of new member states.
Gender Policy and LGBTI Rights
Putin has inadvertently created this possibility. With his insane ambition to unite and strengthen Russia, he has instead created conditions that will lead to Russia becoming weaker and more unstable.
Talk about misreading a situation.. His failures will be documented and revisited by historians for some time to come... A short man, with short-man syndrome... Much like Hitler and Napoleon... Both of whom failed because of miscalculating their abilities and power.
Sadly... Putin will be at the bottom of this infamous trio of fools... At least Hitler and Napoleon accomplished something before turning into complete failures... Putin skipped the accomplishment part and went directly to failure.
I think the super yachts will be sold to the west and the proceeds given to Ukraine for restoration along with Russia’s frozen foreign reserves.
I saw an article yesterday that the Netherlands have seized 20 Russian ships of various sizes.
One can only hope.
Su-ure! Western countries will give those break-away regions willing to surrender their nuclear weapons iron-clad assurances - analogous to the Budapest Memorandum, cuz that worked out so well for the Ukraine!
Putin knows that and he knows the danger of losing in Ukraine.
This means the risk of death to anyone near him and significantly increased destruction in Ukraine (including nukes).
