lol. If you were a black family at the poverty level and I could be SURE you wouldn't sell the land, but find a way to build and house on it and stay there, I'd probably take you up on your offer. Reason being, I've been low-balled so many times on that lot it would serve the people right who live next to me for also trying to lowball me. Problem is, I can't find a buyer like that.
