As per the interviewee’s study on the CDC website, the CDC checks the amount of “virus” or “venom” in the city wastewater and then predicts an outbreak within 4-5 days if there is a high concetration of the material there.

Apparently, they are checking the concentration of modified snake venom in the WASTE, and predicting an “outbreak” from it.

Interesting postulate! But if their putting it in the water, why aren’t more children affected by COVID-19 Venom? Some people are suggesting their putting it in alcohol.
