Links on the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine website to PDF fact sheets about biological research labs partnering with the U.S. have been broken since May 2021.
That was the end result of a State Department website upgrade that took place in 2015 and 2016. The PDF internet addresses weren’t updated in the change, but the links still worked until the server hosting them was taken down in May 2021.
The links to the fact sheets were fixed on March 10, 2022, after embassy officials realized they were broken due to recent interest in the Biological Threat Reduction Program.
