You don’t even need backdating...this was a later “sub-contract” of the original contract issued 3 months before...well after COVID-19 was out in the open. I guess the author doesn’t know the in’s & out’s of government contracting.

There used to be 8-12 notices in the Minneapolis newspaper. Now there are up to 6 pages of foreclosure notices. Many, many people paid years and years on their homes, only to lose them since the covid.

It took me some time to realize that it was his time to be with our Heavenly Father. What I can’t accept is that he had to die alone, with no family or friends around. We were told that he had a nurse held his hand as he passed, but honestly, how can we know if that is true? Because they say so? If it is true, he died with a stranger nearby. Someone clocked in for the day. Hurray. I am not happy about this, and I would like for SOMEONE to pay for these abominable protocols. It was cruel and inhumane. Criminals on death row are treated better than our family members were. I won’t ever forget this.

Government contracting for efforts just don’t pop up out of the blue on the day the contract is let. In many cases, the background work can take a couple of years.
First, the eventual contracting officer’s ‘agent’ does internal agency work in identifying a problem or need which is within the agency’s scope, then come justifications and funding profiles and proposed schedules, etc. If sufficiently large enough in expenditure, even overall agency budgeting has to be programmed and marked, and if outside the normal funding profile identified and lobbied for a Congressional line item....
In my experience in being associated with programs from idea-to-implementation for something that got fast-tracked, the shortest time I knew of was about two years.
This is why I’ve said that Ukraine is the USA Deep State Annex. It’s us doing things that would be illegal on American soil. But it’s us.
