Constitutional carry is no protection against those guys.
Four or 5 of them rush the victim at blinding speed and knock him down before he has a chance.
I doubt there are many who can draw quick enough. I doubt that they would even recognize the danger until they are already knocked down.
An armed guard 15 yards away at all times, armed with an AR-15 might work, but eventually the gangs would learn to take him first.
Which means both the guard and the intended victim would need to carry an AR.
The courts could end it, but they are “woke”.
