I’m not making an editorial comment. I simply wish these people would stop killing each other.
Apparently, weapons are dangerous... Especially when they are used by poorly trained troops.
Just look at the Russian forces... How many of the thousands of Russian troops killed were put down by friendly fire from inexperienced troops who thought they were on a weekend exercise, instead of wading into bloody hellfire?
On Twitter you would see Russian tank takes out Ukrainian infantry, then other posts Ukrainian tank takes out Russians, then another Russian tank friendly fires Russians, now Ukrainian tank friendly fires Ukrainians.
Friendly fire isn’t friendly.
That’s not what friendly fire is.
A lot of good men are being killed. Hopefully ends soon.

And the whole thing was totally unnecessary. I won’t get into apportioning blame
To keep this in perspective, 68,778 civilians in France alone were killed by ALLIED bombing in WWII (6/40 - 5/45). 2,700 civilians were killed in the town of Royan alone. War is absolute hell.
