If this isn't viewpoint discrimination by a public school, then what is?
Imagine if a school in a conservative rural American town displayed a "MAGA" flag while banning all Nike products because of Nike's political affiliation with the America-hating ideology of Black Lives Matter (BLM). Now imagine the exact opposite, and you'll find the reality of a school in Randolph, Vermont that displays the BLM flag boldly but canceled a high school baseball team fundraiser for using Chick-fil-A products.
In an email to the community on April 11, school superintendent Layne Millington stated:
Chick-Fil-A as a company has stirred significant controversy across the country since 2012; for more information simply do a web search on Chick-Fil-A controversy. Because of the rancor this choice stirred in our communities, I recommended to the coach that they choose another fundraising partner of which the choices are nearly limitless, which he graciously accepted to do. As a public school district, we all have a responsibility to be reflective of the impact of our decisions on those we serve[.] ... [A]s public servants we have a responsibility to try as best we can to be inclusive and to serve the needs of all students.
This is shallow. The Randolph Union High School (RUHS, home of the subject baseball team) displays the flag of Black Lives Matter, a far-left organization that openly calls for dismantling the Constitution and free speech rights.
Having canceled the fundraiser as planned, Superintendent Millington then appealed for a fuller conversation:
I would hope folks from all perspectives join in that meeting so that everyone has a chance to learn and grow from the dialogue and hopefully (said with genuine humor) we can also discuss what seems to have been forgotten — how any of this is beneficial to our athletes.

Chick-Fil-A as a company did absolutely nothing. It was the alphabet community that attacked Chick-Fil-A.
And I am not an advocate for Chick-Fil-A, nor will I ever enter one of their establishments due to their hypocrisy.
I don’t think chick-FA-la cares. They do plenty of business. I think they are a Christian based business.
Chick Fil A can offer jobs for HS kids to develop working skills and habits for success. What does BLM offer them but bitterness and sometimes participating in destructive behaviors. Censoring woketard tyrants - such morons in public education.

So is the list of food places people don’t care about anymore. Somebody tell this moron that the goal of a fundraiser is to raise the most money possible with the least effort. A popular product is the best way to accomplish that. Good luck pushing things like McD’s or BK. They can raise money with those but the task will be harder.

Vermont... Not changing the subject or nothing but according to the Mayo Clinic's covid tracking page Vermont is over 80% vaccinated and has the highest rate of fauci flu in the country.....just goes to show.
Some locations got squishey, and some company statements were weak about gay issues, but all woke, nah.
If they open on Sunday and start having trans rest rooms, then they are all woke.
They still make the best chicken sandwich at any fast food joint and the service is second to none.
I'm no expert at fast food joints since I rarely visit any of them but my grandkids all loved Chick-fil-a, and that got me started on them {and trying other places}, and they get my 5-star rating.
The reason Black Lives Matter is because organizationally, they are Domestic American Enemies intent on the maintaining their corrupt political control of the City States.
As humans, their lives are detrimental to America
There are NO good public school systems. Period.
