The following elements should be included:
1. National and local leadership retain full autonomy, reserving the right to make decisions based on what is best for their own people.
2. The ability of nations and local municipalities to opt out of any and all portions of the agreement as they see fit, without consequence.
3. An open and transparent process with the ability for all people of the world to vote on including failsafe measures that will prevent the application of the global agreement in places where a majority of the people do not want it.
4. Measures that do not allow for influence in the process by any and all pharmaceutical companies or other global health profiteers.

The WHO failed during the Covid-19 chapter as it encouraged lockdowns which is a word used for penitentiaries it's not a medical practice.
suppressed early preventive treatments including HCQ which is now recognized treatment by many countries to Vitamin C that was banned from social media for suggesting this common vitamin. Recommended product interventions such as Remdesivir with dexamethasone (steroid) has been shown to account for acute kidney failure in 35% of the cases.

This organization should be put on review for massive malpractice not given more power.

I don’t want this treaty AT ALL, let alone with these modifications

All these modifications do is make it a little nicer, for now... while allowing the camels nose in the tent.

It’s like saying “Let’s give the WHO authority over us, but give us the option of getting out later...” NO THANKS
