If I invest in Twitter stock through a financial “house” in the hopes it will be worth much more in the future.
Twitter \publishes\ a future value of almost 3x my original value while refusing the Musk offer.
My financial house is among the largest stock holders.

Don’t I sue both Twitter AND my financial house for financial malfeasance?
