US Tanks on the Way to Poland

Video of M1's being transported by rail towards Poland. Probably for training the Polish Army or for US forces being moved into Poland, as the Polish order for 250 Abrams will not be filled until next year.

Also this Dutch report shows Bradley vehicles being loaded onto trains. https://www.prorail.nl/nieuws/tanks-over-nederlandse-spoor-europa-in

“If the UAW gets its way, the end result will be Mexico or China building our tanks...The UAW drove car manufacturing out of the country, why shouldn’t it do the same to our tank manufacturing?”

Very true, but on the bright side they’ll he higher quality if built in Mexico or China, than built by the UAW.

Aren’t all the fighter planes and ships built in unionized US plants/facilities?

“Funny how many people don’t remember how pissed off the US got, when the Soviets moved weapons to a country 90 miles from our border...”

Not just weapons, but nuclear missiles (II-28 SRBM; SS-4 IRBM; and SS-5 IRBM). The SS-5 IRBM put the entire continental US within range, except for the extreme Pacific Northwest. The Soviets lied about it when they were confronted, and said the missiles were only “defensive rockets.” Russians lie.

That should make the Nep Cons happy. Because they know that the source of the politician's dirty money will be protected. Human traffickers [people who are near and dear to the hearts of Neo Cons] will be protected as they ply their trade. Fauchi’s bio labs will be protected so they continue to develop exotic and deadly virus and bacteria to distribute across the United States and World. And last but not least as a bonus for the Neo Cons the World takes a step closer to nuclear war. This should warm the heart of every Neo Con. Good news all around for them./p>

So pissed that the US tolerated a Soviet Brigade there for thirty years.

Who knows? Maybe Kennedy over-reacted (after all, he was a Democrat). Or perhaps the fact that the US and Cuba share a maritime border, and the US wasn't in a shooting war with Cuba when the Soviet troops arrived, somehow influenced the situation. In any case, I'm sure the Russians will be fine, if we move equipment (and maybe troops ;>) into Ukraine - heck, they'll probably offer to wash the road dirt off the vehicles, and throw our guys a barbecue...

;>)

Joking aside, several years ago the Polish general staff projected that a war between Russia and Ukraine was likely and would prompt a massive flow of refugees and a need for the Polish army and NATO units to move into the west of Ukraine to feed civilians and prevent militia warfare.

No just weapons but nuclear weapons. Russian forces are still in Cuba.

Zelensky gets a peace agreement he will have to content with the radical factions within the country of which there are quite a few.

They are now openly armed.

I have a family member in the Army and he’s been told to prepare for deployment to Poland in 6 months.
Nobody thinks this is going to end anytime soon.

Hope the Poles have enough fuel on hand for those things.

Funny you mention that, as the Polish army is already discussing the need for heavier bridging equipment and strengthening bridges in Poland to bear the weight of these beasts.

I would guess we'll wind up with a lot more troops deployed to Poland and the Baltics.

The food and beer are good and much cheaper than Germany. Just tell him that most Poles are more religious than most Americans are these days, so there's much less tolerance for bawdy behavior there than here. Sort of what I remember America being like in the early to mid 60s. Most Poles are very grateful for American soldiers being there, so that would be different than Germany, too.

Give us a break from this Electrical Bravo Sierra.

I just do not see the electrical vehicles operating.

Batteries must get really cheap and the cost of replacing one of these batteries is cheap.

When have we heard this reversing. Never!!!!!

“Actually, the “Biden Crime Family” is just the tip of the iceberg. The Western Elites have been using Ukraine as their one-stop shopping place for money laundering for more than 20 years and are pissed that Putin has their a wrench into the machinery.”

Yup. Putin told them to F themselves and crashed their party. The “elites” will probably move to estonia or lithuania once the war is over..

After the atrocities it is much harder for Zelensky to make any concessions and our idiots are boxing Putin into a corner with stupid comments.

I don't think the Russians have been negotiating in good faith anyway, and no real negotiations will take place until if and when the coming Russian offensive is defeated.

More likely, after a cease fire or a peace agreement, Ukraine will enjoy a massive inflow of aid from the West and a rebuilding boom that will suppress factionalism.
