Saw that earlier. Seems like just about as much of an accurate and unbiased report you can get. Comments about both sides seemingly exhausted in the south were interesting, as were the comments about the stalled Russian advance south of Izyum.

Looks like the Russians are going to try to take Kharkov. The whereabouts of the Ukrainian 93rd mech/armored unit are a mystery. It's interesting that the Ukrainians seem to have been shepherding their armor. Big buildup of Russian air at Voronezh, however.
