Well personally, I think that a really truly high-class black nightclub, would also have an operating room and a trauma team present at all times. Plus a good blood supply, Plus all those little instruments that you need to probe for 9 mm bullets. But that is just me. Maybe you could do the same thing by having a helicopter available to med-flight them out when disputes arise or a limousine style ambulance. That way if shots you could go out in style! Just trying to be helpful here.
