I don’t give a hoot one way or another about Oz, but a careful review of Trump’s endorsements will show that there’s nothing reckless or haphazard about them.

His endorsement of Oz has nothing to do with issues.

He endorsed Oz because he knows he’s got the best chance of winning.

Telling Trump that he should endorse a MAGA candidate who is polling at 8% in a primary field is an amateurish approach to politics.

Are you saying, it’s not about the endorsee but the endorser? They get the win and he gets bragging rights to backing the right horse? There’s certain logic to that but only if they reciprocate. His selection of loyalists seems pretty weak. All we end up with are RINO backstabbers.

Oz has NO chance of winning, Trump or not, either in the primary or especially the general.

I live and vote in Pennsylvania, am a regional captain of my local county Republican committee, and can say that nearly all of the Conservative groups I belong to are torqued off at Trump this morning for backing this phony carpetbagging pretend-Republican.

Trump should have just stayed out of it.
